Answers to the most common questions about ZenTV Player.

No. ZenTV Player is a media player only. You must supply your own media source: an M3U playlist file, or the credentials of a media server you already have access to. We do not supply sources and we are not affiliated with any of them; you are responsible for holding the necessary rights to what you play.
Your ID is displayed on your TV screen when you launch the ZenTV Player app. It's an 8-character code in the format XXXX-XXXX (hexadecimal 0-9, A-F). You can also find it in the app Settings. Never share your ID.
The default code for settings and parental controls is 0000. You can change it in the app settings on your TV.
Check your current version in the app settings. If outdated, power off your TV completely (not standby), turn it back on, and the update installs automatically.
Scan the QR code displayed on your TV, or visit the Playlist page. Enter your ID, paste your M3U URL or fill in the media server details, click Send.
