شروط وأحكام البيع والاستخدام

أي شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري يثبّت التطبيق أو يفعّله ("المستخدم").

ZenTV Player is a media-player application for connected TVs (Samsung Tizen, Android TV, LG webOS, Amazon Fire TV) and for mobile/tablet devices. It plays media streams from playlists (M3U or the credentials of a media server) that you provide. The application contains no channels, no movies, no series and no media library. A. DEMS LTD does not provide, host, distribute, sell, or otherwise make available any audiovisual content. We are a player publisher only.

بعد التجربة يمكنك تفعيل ترخيص مدفوع. سنوي (12 شهراً) أو ترخيص لمرة واحدة. غير قابل للنقل، غير حصري، مقصور على معرّف الجهاز.

Website activation prices are quoted in euros (EUR), inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. Website payments are processed by MyPos (credit card) or PayPal. We never store full card details on our servers. We do not accept orders if your bank or payment provider declines the transaction.

Mobile and tablet applications are offered in a free version funded by advertising and in a Premium version without advertising. Connected-TV applications are not affected by advertising and remain subject to the activation model described above.

Auto-renewable subscriptions may be offered through Google Play and, where available, the App Store:

• Premium 6 months
• Premium 12 months

Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings of the distribution platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period; Premium remains active until then.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled under the rules of the relevant distribution platform.

Premium features. Premium removes all advertising and may include TV casting (Chromecast and DLNA), Picture-in-Picture playback, and up to 8 playlists.

يُسلَّم الترخيص إلكترونياً وفورياً بعد تأكيد الدفع.

للمستهلكين عادةً 14 يوماً للانسحاب (التوجيه 2011/83/EU). هذا الحق لا ينطبق على المحتوى الرقمي المُسلَّم فوراً بعد الموافقة الصريحة المسبقة من المستهلك وإقراره بفقدان حق الانسحاب (المادة 16(م)). بتأشير خانة التفعيل والنقر على دفع، (أ) تطلب صراحةً تنفيذ العقد فوراً، (ب) تقرّ بفقدان حق الانسحاب عند التفعيل. تجربة 7 أيام تمنحك وقتاً للتحقق قبل الشراء.

بناءً على التنازل الصريح، بعد تفعيل الترخيص لن تُرَدّ أي مبالغ، أياً كان السبب.

تتعهّد بأن: (أ) تستخدم التطبيق لأغراض مشروعة فقط؛ (ب) تقدم فقط قوائم تشغيل لديك حق قانوني فيها؛ (ج) لا تنسخ أو تُعدّل أو تستخرج كود التطبيق؛ (د) لا تعيد بيع الترخيص؛ (هـ) لا تستخدم التطبيق لانتهاك حقوق المؤلف أو أي نشاط غير قانوني.

تطبيق ZenTV Player وموقع zen-player.com والاسم والشعار وجميع الحقوق المرتبطة هي ملكية حصرية لـ A. DEMS LTD. الترخيص هو ترخيص استخدام فقط.

يشغّل التطبيق المحتوى الذي تقدمه من مصادر طرف ثالث. A. DEMS LTD لا تتحكم فيها ولا تتحمل مسؤولية الجودة أو الشرعية أو التوفر أو الانقطاع.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون القبرصي وقواعد حماية المستهلك في الاتحاد الأوروبي:

• لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية.
• إجمالي مسؤوليتنا عن الأضرار المباشرة محدود بسعر الترخيص خلال آخر 12 شهراً.
• لا تحديد للمسؤولية في حالات الاحتيال أو الإهمال الجسيم أو الموت أو الإصابة الشخصية بسبب الإهمال أو أي مسؤولية لا يمكن استبعادها قانوناً.

يمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء الترخيص دون استرداد في حال انتهاك جوهري (انتهاك حقوق المؤلف، إساءة الاستخدام، استرداد الدفع).

قد نُحدّث الشروط من وقت لآخر. الاستخدام المستمر يُعدّ قبولاً. يُبلَّغ المشتركون النشطون بالبريد بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

تُعالَج البيانات وفقاً لـ سياسة الخصوصية، التي تُعدّ جزءاً لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

تخضع الشروط لقانون جمهورية قبرص، دون الإخلال بالقواعد الإلزامية لحماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك بالاتحاد الأوروبي. الاختصاص الحصري: محاكم نيقوسيا، قبرص، مع مراعاة حق المستهلك في رفع الدعوى في مكان إقامته.
