elke natuurlijke of rechtspersoon die de app installeert of activeert ("Gebruiker").

ZenTV Player is a media-player application for connected TVs (Samsung Tizen, Android TV, LG webOS, Amazon Fire TV) and for mobile/tablet devices. It plays media streams from playlists (M3U or the credentials of a media server) that you provide. The application contains no channels, no movies, no series and no media library. A. DEMS LTD does not provide, host, distribute, sell, or otherwise make available any audiovisual content. We are a player publisher only.

Na de proef kun je een betaalde licentie activeren. Jaarlijks (12 maanden) of Eenmalige licentie. Niet-overdraagbaar, niet-exclusief, gekoppeld aan apparaat-ID.

Website activation prices are quoted in euros (EUR), inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price displayed at the moment of purchase is the price you pay. Website payments are processed by MyPos (credit card) or PayPal. We never store full card details on our servers. We do not accept orders if your bank or payment provider declines the transaction.

Mobile and tablet applications are offered in a free version funded by advertising and in a Premium version without advertising. Connected-TV applications are not affected by advertising and remain subject to the activation model described above.

Auto-renewable subscriptions may be offered through Google Play and, where available, the App Store:

• Premium 6 months
• Premium 12 months

Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings of the distribution platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period; Premium remains active until then.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled under the rules of the relevant distribution platform.

Premium features. Premium removes all advertising and may include TV casting (Chromecast and DLNA), Picture-in-Picture playback, and up to 8 playlists.

Licentie wordt elektronisch en onmiddellijk geleverd na bevestiging van de betaling.

Consumenten hebben gewoonlijk 14 dagen herroepingsrecht (Richtlijn 2011/83/EU). Dit geldt niet voor digitale inhoud die onmiddellijk wordt geleverd na uitdrukkelijke voorafgaande toestemming en bevestiging van verlies van het herroepingsrecht (Art. 16(m)). Door het activatievakje aan te vinken en op betalen te klikken, (a) verzoek je om onmiddellijke uitvoering, en (b) erken je je herroepingsrecht te verliezen. De 7-daagse proefperiode is je tijd om vooraf te toetsen.

Na de uitdrukkelijke afstand geen restitutie meer na activatie, ongeacht de reden.

Je verbindt je tot: (a) wettig gebruik; (b) alleen playlists waarvoor je rechten hebt; (c) geen kopiëren/wijzigen/extraheren van de code; (d) geen doorverkoop; (e) geen gebruik voor auteursrechtschending of illegale activiteit.

De app, zen-player.com, naam, logo en alle gerelateerde rechten zijn en blijven eigendom van A. DEMS LTD. De licentie is enkel een gebruikslicentie.

De app speelt door jou aangeleverde inhoud uit derde bronnen. A. DEMS LTD heeft geen controle en is niet verantwoordelijk.

Voor zover toegestaan door Cypriotisch recht en EU-consumentenregels:

• Geen aansprakelijkheid voor indirecte of gevolgschade.
• Totale aansprakelijkheid voor directe schade beperkt tot de prijs van de laatste 12 maanden.
• Geen beperking voor opzet, grove nalatigheid, dood of letsel door nalatigheid, of andere niet-uitsluitbare gevallen.

We kunnen de licentie zonder restitutie opschorten of beëindigen bij wezenlijke schending (auteursrecht, misbruik, chargeback).

We kunnen de Voorwaarden bijwerken. Voortgezet gebruik betekent aanvaarding. Actieve abonnees worden bij materiële wijzigingen per e-mail geïnformeerd.

Verwerking volgens onze Privacybeleid, integraal onderdeel van deze Voorwaarden.

Cypriotisch recht, onverminderd de dwingende consumentenbeschermingsregels van je EU-woonland. Exclusieve bevoegdheid: rechtbanken van Nicosia, Cyprus, onverminderd het recht van de consument om bij zijn woonplaats te procederen.

EU-consumenten kunnen het Europese ODR-platform gebruiken: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
